Police Arrest Man for Sexual Battery, Indecent Exposure in Manassas Grocery Store: Patron believed to have left bodily fluid on woman – bristowbeat.com

Sexual Assault Investigation – On June 24 at 9:45 a.m., officers responded to the Food Lion located at 6306 Hoadly Road in Manassas (20112) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed an employee of the store, identified as a 58-year-old woman, was followed around the business by an unknown male patron.

The patron had been known to visit the location and has had previous brief encounters with the female employee in the past. The employee reported to police on this occasion the man approached her and had a brief interaction before walking away.

The employee further reported she went back to work stocking aisles when she was approached from behind by the same male patron. As the man walked away, the employee felt an unknown fluid on her pants.

Based on the behavior of the man and the encounter, police were contacted and responded to the location. The man left the store prior to police arriving on scene.
