MPW Marketing expands its remote workforce | Daily Sentinel – Rome Sentinel

CLINTON — MPW Marketing, a full-service advertising and marketing firm in Clinton, recently announced the addition of media buyer Paul Gabella, who is based in New Jersey, and search engine optimization (SEO) specialist Ashley Randall, who is based in Georgia. They are the first MPW employees of its growing team of 22 marketing experts to not be physically based in Central New York.

In response to the pandemic, MPW switched to a remote work environment, which was initially expected to be temporary. But over time, it became clear that the team appreciated and needed the flexibility, and there was no impact in the quality of work or sense of connectedness, the company’s announcement said.
