KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced Louise Waxler as the 84th recipient of its Honor Award, in recognition of a career of meritorious service to the association and outstanding contributions to soccer in multiple areas and levels of the game.
Presented annually since 1942, the Honor Award is the most prestigious accolade bestowed by the association to an individual. It will be presented at the annual Awards Banquet on January 12, 2024, in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Anaheim, Calif.
“To receive this award from the association that helped to guide me on my path throughout the years is the greatest honor of my career,” said Louise Waxler. “It is deeply humbling and a great privilege to join the elite group of recipients previously honored.”
