After the COVID-19 pandemic, work cultures shifted with remote working and alternative schedules gaining in popularity among employees. The organization 4 Day Week Global has been testing a pilot program with companies in the United Kingdom to implement four-day workweeks. So far, it appears to be successful.

Second Mile Marketing fully adopted a four-day workweek, and it’s not going back. Why would it? Revenue and productivity are up.

“It honestly was kind of an evolution,” founder Hannah Collins Lee told Knox News. “We originally started with half-days on Fridays in the summer and did that for the summer season, and really enjoyed that experience. And then the next year, we did full days off on Fridays for the summer season. And then coming off of that experiment with Fridays off, we realized everyone was still getting the same amount of work done….
