Kingston Police request assistance in off-road vehicle theft … – Kingstonist

Police have released the above images, captured by security cameras during the theft of an off-road vehicle from a business in Kingston’s west end, and are asking for public assistance to identify the suspects involved.

According to police, at approximately 2:50 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, two suspects entered the rear parking lot of the businesses located at the northeast corner of Bath and Gardiners Road – one of which is a powersport and marine equipment seller.

Security video on the property captured two suspects breaking into a fenced compound at the rear of the buildings, which contained several off-road vehicles, police said in a press release issued on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023. The suspects then stole a utility task vehicle (UTV) from the compound, which they drove off of the property, police detailed.

Kingston Police said that the first suspect was wearing dark clothes and had their face covered during the theft, and the second suspect was wearing green/brown clothing…
