Could finding the right employee for your company be as simple as swiping left or right on a profile? This tech platform is hoping employers find their perfect match.

Lynk, an AI-driven knowledge management platform, recently announced its new product, TalentHub, a search engine that matches job applicants and companies according to their profile and criteria they both submitted — much like a dating app.

“As a candidate, you sign up to our platform and we pull any third party data like your LinkedIn or your CV,” says Hamilton Le, Lynk’s senior vice president. “You could supplement whatever you would like into the platform and that turns into your profile.”

Employers also fill out their own profile, complete with information ranging from what kind of technical skills they’re looking for to what kind of culture fit they need.
