Google Search Testing Gold Phone Call Buttons – Search Engine Roundtable

Google is testing swapping out the blue buttons within the local pack with gold buttons. In this example, the blue call phone icon is now in a gold color, on dark mode.

This was spotted by Len Raleigh who posted on X with this screenshot:

The only gold I’ve seen in the search results were gold verification badges and of course, review stars.
