ROMULUS, Mich. — Motorcity Systems announced Tuesday that FirstFleet has adopted its RELAY system to revamp dispatch-to-driver communications and workflow.

Motorcity’s RELAY is a real-time messaging system that fleets use to give dispatchers one source of messages with drivers versus using multiple disparate systems leading to lost message threads.

RELAY integrates with multiple third-party ELD telematics, mobile communications platforms and devices, as well as new or legacy transportation management software systems providing increased visibility to information like hours of service.
