Catch+Release, an eight-year-old San Francisco startup, is developing an AI-powered search engine to help brands find and license existing user-generated content. The company, originally an image research firm before transitioning into a platform for brands to discover user-generated content, recently announced an $8 million extension to its Series A funding round.
